40-Inliving  OTM Accommodation For Officers Mess at INS Hansa   is a project entrusted to  Essen Group by the Ministry of Defence, The construction for this project was started in 2021 and the project was completed in the year 2023.

40-Inliving is a residential building consisting of 40 quarters for Naval Officers  

This project further cements our strong professional relationship with the Indian Navy  who  has been one of our  most esteemed client since decades.
