DEFENCE CIVILIAN RESIDENTIAL AREA (DCRA)
Defence Civilian Residential Area (DCRA) is a prestigious project awarded to Essen Group by the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. The project was assigned to us in the year 2021 and the year of completion is 2024.
DCRA is a residential building made of 70 quarters for Defence Civilians. The project is now officially handed over to the Indian Navy.
We at Essen Group have established a strong association with the Indian Navy by contributing to critical projects that enhance maritime infrastructure.
