This company was established by Mr Santhan Nanu in 1974. We are continuously and constantly striving to serve the best to our customers as a construction company. We have accomplished a lot in the real estate industry over a period of time. With an experience of more than 40 years, we have carved a nice of our own where we are amongst one of the largest construction companies in Western India. It is heartening to inform that we have a YOY of 30% on an average. We have worked on a variety of home projects in several states such as Goa, Karnataka and Maharashtra across the private and government clients. Our main specialization has been in the field of developing and building residential complexes, nonetheless, we have also undertaken the government projects on behalf of the Government of India. In addition to this, we have also worked for the private multinational companies on diverse projects. For our future endeavours too, we look forward to expanding by building more dream projects and cementing our relations with our customers.
Our most significant and iconic project is the ‘Holy Cross of Flowers’, at Bambolim, Goa (also known as Fulancho Khuris), which is at its architectural best. It was designed and constructed by a team of talented engineers of the organization way back in the year 1996.
