  • TDS and GST
  • Remuneration and employee benefits
  • Ledger writing, ICS, Preparing balance sheets & P&L Statements on Tally
  • Coordinating with Chartered Accountants (CA)
  • Budgeting and Costing Management.

Qualifications: B.Com/BBA/M.Com with 6+ month's experience


SALES

Responsibilities include:

  • One-on-one and telephonic interaction with prospects and customers
  • Site visit with the prospective clients
  • Finalizing the sale based on the client’s requirements
  • Assistance with home loan formalities

Qualifications: Graduate/MBA in Marketing with 6+ month's experience


MARKETING

Responsibilities include:

  • Promoting and building the company’s brand name
  • Advertising the company’s flagship projects through various channels such as print, outdoor advertising and social media
  • Creating new markets and avenues for the existing projects
  • Developing innovative marketing techniques to promote the company’s projects

Qualifications: Graduate/MBA in Marketing with 6+ month's experience


PURCHASE

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessment of demand
  • Selection of sources of supply
  • Receiving quotations
  • Placing purchase orders and
  • Verification of invoices

Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline with 6+ month's experience


TECHNICAL

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of 3D & 2D Plans in AutoCAD
  • Land Surveying
  • Preparing Estimates and Bills
  • Supervising the overall progress of the construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project

Qualifications: B.E/BTech/MTech in Civil Engineering with 6+ month's experience


CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing after-sales support
  • Resolving maintenance and repair issues 
  • Transfer of house tax and electricity connection  
  • Assistance in formation of Housing Society
  • Preparing sale deed

Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline with 6+ months experience


HR & Admin

Responsibilities include:

  • Recording and Updating employees’ attendance, casual leave and personal records
  • Conducting appraisals and managing  
  • Explaining company policies to new employees
  • ESIC and Provident Fund
  • Handling recruitment and personal interviews
  • Addressing employee grievances

Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline with 6+ months experience


Stores Incharge

Responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently manage the store’s supply and demand
  • Maintenance of minimum and maximum stock
  • Knowledge of  MS Excel and Word 
  • Coordinating with other departments with regards to material requirements and needs
